Employer offers many excellent opportunities to gain experience using latest technologies in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
Cons
You better know what you are doing before you start and be ready to hit the ground running as on the job training is not preferred
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to work as hard as necessary in order to maintain your postition at the top of the market place
