    Opportunities to expand your skill sets if you look for them. Benefits package is thorough and offers good choice.

    Cons

    Difficult to get recognition once you have expanded your skill sets. Salary isn't competitive, relies too much on the benefits.

    Get back to your company values, you aren't adhering to them as much as you think you are.
