    Sheet Metal Workers' L.U. 359

Sheet Metal Journeyman (Current Employee) Phoenix, AZ

ProsThe best reason to work for them is that you have opportunity of being properly trained; working your way up to being a jouneyman and getting top pay for what you do. It does not stop there you further your training through the JATC. One also does get health insurance, retirement, and a 401K.

ConsThe only cons are really on oneself; such as attitude, personal responsibility, etc. The tools are given to each and every individual. It's up to them to make a go at it. This a type of work, like anything else, that is not for everybody.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management of the local is comprised of elected officials. They do something the membership does not like, and they could be voted out.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
