Details
Pros
It is a very pleasant working environment. The work load is very reasonable and the majority of employees respect each other. The casual dress code is a plus. Staff are given the opportunity to work at the auctions, openhouses for extra pay. Occasional travel and free Starbucks coffee.
Cons
The company offers no 401K matching.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate more with employees.
