Management is often times very disorganized and some may say dishonest. Lacks clear direction

Practice what you preach
Upper Management and HR need to stop turning a blind eye to bullying, this is a growing problem and must be stopped.

Quit micromanaging and give something back to employees. Alot is asked of employees in certain parts of the company and you have to fight tooth and nail to get a deserved raise
