I have been working at Sherwin-Williams full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company is filed with people who really care about each other. It actually has a pension and 401k. This company offers great advancement opportunity if you are able to relocate.

    Cons

Some of the leadership has lost touch with what's going on. Some of the sales goals are a bit unrealistic expecting ten plus percent year over year.

    Advice to Management

How about some undercover boss type action so the upper level can see how much has changed in the power levels since they were in it.
