    Pros

Culture of continious improvement that pushes some really great people to do amazing things. Retirement benefits (401K) have been great through the years with the stock doing well.

    Cons

Pushing to do more with less has caused challenges to keep up with increases. its great to have resources utilized, but challenging to add additional resources fast enough. management does not promote a good work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to continue to invenst in employee training and development. Employee ideas should be looked at as opportunities not excuses.

    Pros

Company benefits and pay are above average.

    Cons

Long hours with no extra pay. Always short on employees. Unrealistic sales goals that raise every year.

Put more employees in stores and give stores the budget to actually let them work.

    Pros

The job has a large learning curve, which I loved. I've worked here for 5 months now and learn something new everyday. The work is very fulfilling and I have only had 1 day that I didn't look forward to coming to work. If you can get a job at SW while you're in school, then definitely do it.

    Cons

None so far. I love almost everything about it

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up

    Pros

Good coworkers, great manager, excellent atmosphere, flexible hours.

    Cons

Advancement doesnt seem as good as other places. I feel like not too many people employed by SWP are breaking 70k.

    Advice to Management

Make advancement more appealing. Other fields have managers doing far less work and making significantly more money.
