    Pros

They work with school schedule, but then again most part time employers do!

    Cons

The pay is very minimal, and the upper management doesn't do much to help or work with employees. Your very much just a pawn in a chess game!

    Pros

Time off is good. That's about all you get for being par-time.
Co-workers are pretty friendly people for the most part.

    Cons

Customers can be difficult and without much backing from corporate they can usually walk away with whatever they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to smaller stores. Just because we may not rake in as much money for you as bigger stores, we are still your employees and want to know we aren't forgotten about.

    Pros

You are challenged everyday and are taught how to run a business. They are very employee oriented and promote mostly from within. They treat their employees very well.

    Cons

Positions are not always available for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I am not in their shoes but I feel they could become more involved with the smaller stores. I was only in a small store for two months but i felt the time strain on the managers. Maybe consider allowing three full time employees per store. I realize the financial burden that would be soldered because of this though i believe it would result in a decrease in manager turnover and a happier work environment.

    Pros

quality product with very accommodating executive staff. Wear uniforms so you don't have to worry about what to wear in the morning. PTO, benefits, medical etc.

    Cons

There is so much to learn. You must be able to be disciple to teach yourself a lot because the amount of what goes into all their products will never be learned. You will feel like you don't know anything for a while.
