    Pros

    when you do good performance motivation is at the peak. most of the subordinate will respect and cooperate.

    Cons

    when performance is not satisfactory the language used by the senior bosses is extremely not accepted.

    Advice to Management

    strategy to be revised. unnecessary harrassment to be reduced.
