I have been working at Shire Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Shire used to be a company that allowed individuals to have clear career progression. Its unclear if this will still be the case with the new CEO

    Cons

The restructure is trying to mould Shire into a template. Individual country and portfolio needs are not being taken into account. There is a complete disregard for senior management and those that are in the leadership team arent showing a level of trust of CEO that woud be respected. I wouldnt join Shire now until restructure is complete. I suspect Shire will be sold off prior to the restructure being complete

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
