Easier to leave job because positions are filled through agency.

Cons

Highly repetitious and in most cases very hard work. Employees are often pressured to work faster than physically possible, if not you get yelled at. Main supervisor of long standing only lives to yell and put employees down, has made employees cry in numerous circumstances. Very difficult to communicate if you don't know Spanish. Jobs are only available through agency with little to no benefits.

Advice to Senior Management

Get a different supervisor that actually does her job instead of just yelling employees and does not destroy employee moral, and have more reasonable standards of what a production employee can physically do.

Cheap when it came to gratis, all about making numbers, no regard for personal life and low pay and commission.
