    Pros

Representing quality product, innovative technology in products, well known brand, benefits are not bad, 401k, insurance, hard work goes unappreciated, no compensation for extra hours,

    Cons

    -does not promote from with-in
-will not give a raise unless you threaten to quit
    -keeps unproductive employees
    -low salary
    -no rewards for over achievers

    Pros

Orientation, benefits, summer and casual Fridays

    Cons

It is a shame that one's experience here depends on which department you land - I had a terrible manager, who also lacked any workplace social skills. I agree with the reviewer who posted that when you leave, they treat you terribly. I stayed professional up to the end, while I was met with unprofessional behavior from every turn.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees - if more than one person is complaining about another employee, then that person should be closely scrutinized by Human Resources. Turning a blind eye results in the loss of good employees, and a reputation of not handling employee concerns.

    Pros

    products
high pay- this is the only way they can lure people in

    Cons

The products and pay are not worth it at the end of the day. There is no work life balance, I watched people in high positions demean and disrespect employees to there face and behind there back. They have an unorganized system and a lot of turnover. If you like chaos and unrealistic expectations this is the place for you. They are decent to you but if you leave they turn into horrible people and have dishonest practices. I beg you to stay away from this company. I was warned and did not listen, worst mistake ever.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to respect and support your employees. Treat them as you would want to be treated. Be supportive of people being in a role that brings them success and happiness.

    Pros

Easier to leave job because positions are filled through agency.

    Cons

Highly repetitious and in most cases very hard work. Employees are often pressured to work faster than physically possible, if not you get yelled at. Main supervisor of long standing only lives to yell and put employees down, has made employees cry in numerous circumstances. Very difficult to communicate if you don't know Spanish. Jobs are only available through agency with little to no benefits.

    Advice to Management

Get a different supervisor that actually does her job instead of just yelling employees and does not destroy employee moral, and have more reasonable standards of what a production employee can physically do.

    Pros

Good benefits and people with nice characteristics. It is very comfortable to work for this company. Easy to work for women.

    Cons

No challenges at all and very political. Managers are looking at only now and never try to think about long term future.

    Advice to Management

Need to be a real global company with global standard. Try to enhane knowledge of employees by pushing them beyond the comfort zone.
