It is time to put new computer systems in place to be competitive in today's market place,also most companies streamline to be effective not add more paper work.

a raise/bonus (if you're the store manager/pharmacist owner)

no room for growth or development without further ed.
Advice to Senior Management
don't go there unless you're a pharm (good pay $38-48+) if you're in
customers might get attached to you (as a pharm)

Underpaid for the skills, knowledge, experience and education that I have. I can do the job of cash supervisor, photo lab tech, merchandising and receiver. Most of the time, I have to do the mix of all jobs within one shift

Give a better wage or some bonus or even a nice gift to someone who really work hard on the floor, then your good employees will stay with you longer. Who likes keep changing jobs if an employer pays well?

Pharmacy technician wages may be lower than other major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, etc.
Depending on the store, pharmacy may be understaffed due to budget cuts.

Annual feedback never really occurs with employees at the two stores I worked at, that may be beneficial to employees.

The disadvantages of the company were the little vacation period and the extensive hours of operation comparing to other companies.

I would like to advice you to open a single store of your company in Albania,Europe because Albania is a country model in Europe for the economical growth.The Prime Minister,Sali Berisha will help you to establish the new business there.The profits will come from the first year.The taxation system is the lowest in Europe.

The work schedule is not given in advance, the Store Manager accuses of long breaks before doing her homework. There is no water dispenser for employees. Lot of gossip. In short the worst place to ever work for.

Do your homework before accusing any employee. Provide the work schedule at least a week in advance.

the biggest downside of working at shoppers drug mart would definitely be the management. the managers do not seem experienced or knowledgeable at all.
