    Pros

free coffee and tea and I cannot think of anything else nice to say about this company and there is my twenty word minimum.

    Cons

I was originally sent in by a staffing agency for a particular role and Shredit decided I was a better fit for a different role instead. I received three days of training and was then told by the staffing agency rep that I was no longer needed as they received notice that I was not the right fit after all and they had made a "mistake". This shows they have no regard for their employees as I had made arrangements and plans around this job offer and they completely threw me to the curb. I was more than capable of taking on the job they did not even give me an opportunity. Aside from that the environment is unattractive and office morale very low. Carpets are stained, ripped and patched up with tape. Dark and depressing upstairs. Would not have stayed much longer regardless.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with some dignity and make eye contact

    Pros

Business is stable, plenty of work top do.

    Cons

Poor benefits, upper management only cares about bottom line. No room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Your front line managers are the key to driving your profits. You need to take care of them instead of just seeing how far you can push them.

    Pros

Decent pay, vacation time and benifits

    Cons

Executive management is clueless as to what happens at a location level. CEO seems to believe the fluff from his leaders that continue to play the blame game rather than solve problems.

    Advice to Management

Get out of your cocoon and trust your team on the ground. EVP and above start trusting your leaders or loose them. Micro managing is only effective short term and with poor leaders.

    Pros

Great earnings potential if you are prepared to put in the work and follow the process....it truly does work. Great career prospects, superb culture of support and development.

    Cons

You'll either love it or hate it.... It's one of those jobs.

    Pros

Great benefits, vacation time, and retirement. Some of the best co-workers I've ever had.

    Cons

This company doesn't appreciate hard, reliable workers. They hire more and more incompetent management with no experience in the field, not even driving experience. They always hire outside, instead of promoting from within. Upper management is greedy and are only concerned with lining their pockets and keeping the lower end staff and drivers doing all the work for pennies. No communication between departments, leaving the drivers fixing problems that management caused from not doing their jobs and no one holds then accountable. Tons of drama and back stabbing from within management and the office staff. Just another big, corporate monster who treats there company like a pyramid scheme.

    Advice to Management

No advice...These people are a lost cause. DO NOT recommend working for this company, unless the top big wigs actually start caring and will share the profit from all the hard work that they contribute nothing towards.
