    Good company to work for.

ProsSibridge generally gets leadership projects within fortune 100 companies. Consultants theough management are very senior and you will not find yourself working with new college hires. Sibridge ownership and management are great people that really care about all the people they work with.

ConsThere can be heavy travel and hours depending on the project. Company growth has been stagnet which prevents employee growth opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company could see more growth if sr. management focussed on business development activities instead of always being staffed on projects. Consultants could be used to staff projets instead of principles.

ProsGreat work, life balance. No micro-management, entrprenueral spirit, treated with respect, small, some projects with high responsibity, consult with large companies, ample bench time in between projects, all management are very nice people, free to pursue outside interests, smart experienced consultants,

Consno advancement, stagnant company growth, many projects are staff augmentation, some projects don't fully utilize consultants abilities, high travel projects, less collaboration than expected

Advice to Senior Managementopportunities for employee advancement needed, a business development function needs to be established by replacing principles on projects with consultants and utilizing principles for business development, need to pursue consulting projects and not contract staff augmentaion.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
