Pros
Siemens has been a terrific platform for me. I had the fortune to find various exciting and challenging positions in Germany and China that offered opportunity for tremendous professional and personal growth and development. With its vast operations, opportunities are almost limitless. However, one needs to be able to build a strong personal network to be able to tap into these opportunities.
Cons
With more than 400,000 employees Siemens is a super tanker. Whereas there are limitless opportunities, one has to develop them oneself. Nobody will look after you and take your hands and guide you without you taking the initiative.

Advice to Senior Management
