Siemens is a huge company with an enormous bandwith of markets they dabble in and certainly any future employer will recognize this on your resume.

Advice to Senior Management
Siemens seems to have a knack for constantly appearing in the news with bad and shady business deals. This seems to have become an underlying, structural issue of the management. In the long run, this will certainly tarnish their repuation.
Pros
lots of talented and nice people from all over the world, pockets of excellent leadership and, most important, it's a great place to learn
Cons
office politics can usurp too much energy and play too big of a role in advancement, and parts of the company lack ethical and competent leadership
Advice to Senior Management
don't believe everything your executive team tells you, speak to the folks they don't arrange for you to speak to when you visit, and overhaul HR
