Making any serious change in Siemens can be like turning the Titanic in the liffeyAdvice to Senior Management
Senior Management need to be more fleet footed in responding to market conditions and customer needs.This is the 21st century, not the 19th, the technology Siemens manufactures makes communications easy and quick, siemens itself needs to become "Easy" and "Quick".
Easy to work with and quick to respond.
