    Office workers are segregated in culture from production staff
    No work life if on the 2nd or 3rd shift

    Put an injection molding facility back in El Paso; there is plenty of talent in El Paso which are in fields they are not striving in
    Quit hiring people to run a facility from Monterrey. These so called engineers have no clue how to run a business
