Very systematic company. From HR process to work ethic and value, very good company to work for. Working hour is not crazy unless during high peak time when there are many projects or order. Other than that, work life is quite balance. Good benefits such as car loan, house loan, medical which also covers your spouse and children.

Cons

Salary is very poor. Increment and promotion increment are terrible.

Revised the salary of engineers.

Great Benefit package. Decent Salary. Company vehicle adds to the overall compensation package that is sometimes overlooked in job comparison.

Company seems to have changed in recent years to value shareholders at the expense of its employees and customer satisfaction.

Take time to make employee satisfaction improve. Happy workers lead to customer satisfaction, which leads to a profitable business with a good street reputation.

Nothing particular about this contract staffing company that stood out, which is a good thing.

Cons

Prior to the start date of my assignment, I noticed that the start date listed on the contract was different from the date given to me. I had to contact them to correct the mistake. This is pretty common in all contracting agencies though, you just have to make sure all the information are correct.

Better health benefit and/or book purchase reimbursement would be nice
