    Pros

Great work environment, great team. I loved it there, sorry that I had to leave.

    Pros

if you have kids and want to live a very well settled life . Then it is an awesome place

    Cons

If you want to really work hard and grow fast - then its not the right place for anyone. This twice before joining if you love fast paced setup

    Advice to Management

Great people process, expectations are pretty clear from HR side and most employees have clear and transperent view of the org

    Pros

There are many opportunities to broaden your skills and experiences including training courses, placements and business events. Working closely with your Line Manager and Mentor to come up with an ongoing development plan gives re-assurance that the employer really has the employees' best interests at heart.

    Cons

When training courses are cancelled at the last minute, it can give the sense that planning wasn't thoroughly thought out, though this has been rare in my short time.

    Pros

Perfect organisation, procesess, competent management and superordinate. Your direct boss usually can do whatever you can do. There are all required positions held by appropriate people, duties are clear and required, information share is on a very good level, relatively open atmosphere. Obviously, it will depend on your direct boss, but the company culture pushes towards openness.
    Accepts innovation proposals.

    Cons

Sometimes too rigid and not enough agile. Paranoic to be data-robbed. Sells family juvelery (pillar and traditional industry segments). Some divisions use obsolete technologies, but this is mostly due to character of project - so called "extended lifetime care "...
Too social. Does not motivate enough to perform better, or to innovative behaviour. Words do not stimulate enough. Pple should get greater share on profit, their innovations generated

    Advice to Management

Be more agile - respond to market. Dont go just after huge contracts. Settle smaller - innovation based daughter companies.
Stimulate innovations even more than now. Words of encouragements and propaganda are fine, but provide more obvious material reward as it was in the past.
