    Pros

Even though the value isn't large, if you work hard promotions and yearly bonuses are easily given. The environment overall is great. Everyone is a hard worker and helpful to make your projects a success. No inner politics that affect your client facing work.

    Cons

Training and direction for new employees is horrible. Work life balance may be difficult for those who do not know how to say no since the culture makes you want to say yes to working all the time.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to move around. Good people. Decent pay / benefits

    Cons

Like all huge companies, there are layers of management and everything takes forever to get approved. Can be very frustrating at times and this type of culture festers lots of people who don't do much.
