Bad and age old thinking leadership
No role models
False promises, dirty politics, nepotism and inefficient leadership.

Advice to Senior Management
Recognise the merit and replace the so-called inefficient leadership with some fresh blood.

Advice to Senior Management
Senior Management is not Aggresive Enough to put people under the Projects

b) Need to be in the good books of certain close knit Senior management group
c) No proper end of year review
d) Low salary
Pros
1.Opportunity to work in multiple projects, which can last for 3-4 Months.
2 Exposure to learn new modules.
3.Lot of Opportunities to work at Client Places.
Cons
1.Not at all Process-Oriented in day-to-day administration of various departments of the Organization.
2.No clear strategy in Project Execution/Delivery, even though it has been in the industry for over 15 years.
3. No Scope of Career Growth for functional resources.
4. Compensation is below Industry Standards.
Advice to Senior Management
Being in the industry for over 15 over years demands the Organization to have clear and set policies enabling the Administrative and Project Execution/Delivery a seamless process. Identify key resources in the Organization and provide enough career growth opportunities & Leadership Training. If these are not taken care, there is a strong possibility of attrition of Competent Employees.
Pros
There is a scope to learn a lot.
Cons
There is lot of pressure on freshers.
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
Company has some projects/ onsite engagements basically projects which no one else would bid for like couple of reports/enhancements etc.
Good for people who may want to join as directors, as there is no great work to do except playing politics (If one is good at it).
Although its ok to work, but its highly dissatisfying experience to observe the way people play politics in the name of documented policies.
Cons
Company does not offer serious growth opportunities.
It feels like to work in a family owned business enterprise.
Few managers are talented, however, most of them lack the sense of judgement.
Boot lickers get onsite opportunities
Lot of pressure on Projects, and no support from management/offshore team.
People in middle management level like Practice Heads etc are more concerned about their own position rather than company and people.
Once you travel to onsite, getting your claims settled is a big pain, finance team under the leadership of the CFO is all set to screw up your happiness.
Lot of politics.
The company does not have basic policies in place for things like Variable pay, allowances and reimbursements.
No more flexible timings, as attendance regularization is being rejected by HR, and salary is being cut when you exit the organization.
Lose out on all your money which organization owes you in case you resign before settling the dues like onsite refunds/ variable pay
Advice to Senior Management
Wake up. You have already lost a lot of talent due to your inconsiderate attitude towards your people. The taking over by Hitachi is not the solution to problems in your own home.
Clean up the mess before you get wiped out of business.
Pros
It is very good company for Oracle Apps etc
Cons
If you join Sierra in the DW (Cognos/BO)field then you are finished. You couldhardly find any projects here and there is more kind of body shopping here.
Advice to Senior Management
Please recruit people if you have any proper projects in relevant field
Pros
Good Work env.
Good Onsite opportunity
Cons
Less salary .
No other benifit
