Pros
Sierra's Accounting Dept. is a fun group of people with which to work and the management of this group is quite flexible in regard to balancing personal issues with work when necessary.
Cons
As Sierra Instruments is a small company, there really is very little chance for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management
Upper management needs to talk to the people at the production level and discover from where their job frustration is coming.
