Great teamwork atmosphere with excellent benefits. The company is still growing and has wonderful potential. They really take care of their own.

    Cons

Lots of travel with little interaction with management.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

Work is very interesting. Microseismic is a fledgling field with a lot of room for improvement. Exciting to be on the cutting edge.

    Cons

60+ hours per week plus "real time" jobs where you have to work all night

    Advice to Management

Have a longer-term view instead of so short-term. Put employee happiness above profit. You can't run the company like people are expendable and expect them to stay long. All the qualified people leave and then you're left with nothing
