I have been working at Sigma Foods full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good company great benefits products are well known and of high quality. You can work somewhat unsupervised up to a certain point

    Cons

Salary for executives needs to be higher to reflect the different things a Sales Executive is responsible for. our bonus also needs to be higher.

    Advice to Management

Talk more with your Executives, please please cut some of the paper work and stop. And can we please talk to people more and stop using emails to keep a record of everything. Honor among people still exists.
