    Pros

They're friendly and cheerful in person.

    Cons

Unprofessional, biased, difficult to get information from. Promotions, lucrative contracts, pay raises, and similar mostly go to either the top potential earners, or to contractors that fit within a specific ethnic profile. If you aren't one of those, expect to pull teeth to get anything, and even that might not work.

    Advice to Management

Think really, really hard about the fact that contractors within the same field talk to each other.

Good training but ignore promises of placement

    Pros

Learned a lot from the QA training- JAVA, MySQL, QTP, interview preparation

    Cons

Told we were going to be placed in an internship at one of their clients in the bay area after the training part of the program was over but that never happened. This is a useful training program but nothing more, don't expect to be placed by Sigmaways after training

Not a job offer, but soliciting coders to pay training and possibly job placement.

    Pros

What was offered as a training skill was relevant in the job market and in high demand for that skill of an IOS application builder.

    Cons

Required a $1500.00 to start training. I submitted a application to start training, but I never heard from them.

    Advice to Management

Provide the initial cost of the program in your job postings.

    Pros

I am very satisfied with the culture being cultivated at Sigmaways. There is an open door policy with everyone on the team, and everyone is looking to better each other in every way.

    Cons

Accountability can be slow at times.
