Pros
It was a good platform to learn more and step forward in the filed of finance or even any other filed.
Cons
There was no opportunity to grow or move up the ladder. People were still doing the same job for many years.
Advice to Senior Management
Signal is doing great and now it might be better off after being bought by Assurant holdings.
Pros
It is local with decent pay
Cons
Customers Abuse the representatives and the reps are unable to do much to discourage this, The time off and call out policies are horrible and constantly changing. Management seems biased toward female advancement.
This is an employer with minimal career advancement opportunities in the Oregon area. If you are looking for a job that you can simply remain with for along period of time without advancement this is the place for you.
Supervisor, and Management pay scales are low so its a good learning opp, but not a long term job satisfaction career.
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing that they can take and use. They are limited by off site senior management who dont understand the local population and economy, who are unable or willing to pay professionals good wages to correct all of the issues at this site. Local management is doing the best with the hand they have been dealt.
