I have been working at Signature Bank part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Small company feel, compensation, opportunity to learn

    Cons

Male dominated with very "weathered" sr. management, sometimes lacking open mind and misconduct

Protect employees just a bit more. This bank for some reason is ridden with inappropriate sexual comments/conduct. HR could have done a bit more.

I have been working at Signature Bank

    Pros

There is no "corporate culture". The bank makes it a point to be opposite of big banks. No middle management. Allows you to really service your clients.

    Cons

The only downfall would be who you work with as your direct team members. However if the team clicks, then its a great job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold Group Directors more accountable for treatment of team.

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO
