SRS blows a lot of smoke. The future doesn't look very bright.

    Retail Merchandiser (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsGood benefits, good pay, and full time positions guaranteed. (To start) Work in different locations with no one standing over your shoulder. Very fast paced during busy season.

ConsCommunication is null. It is as if no one really knows what is going on. Upper management will be the only employees left in the end. Promises made are not kept and without notice they will drop you like a hot potato.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your people better or you will have none.

If I could rate them a negative star, that is what I would do.

    Retail Set Team (Former Employee)
    Detroit, MI

ProsNobody is looking directly over your shoulder. You are allowed to work at your own pace as long as you get the work done in 8 hours or less.

ConsThe supervisors are lazy as can be. The supervisors get paid salary and they want you to hurry and get your work done in 20 hours so they can get paid for 40 hours and go home after three days of work. Then you get paid for only 20 hours of work. Oh and get this... you get screwed out of mileage reimbursement also. After driving all over the place and putting wear and tear on your car, you might end up with maybe $75 for a week worth of work.

Advice to Senior ManagementPull your heads out of your rear ends. Start managing time more wisely and keep your employees longer than 90 days. Build crews that will get the work done in 40 hours or less. If they get the work done in 20, pay them for 40. Put the crews on salary and quit screwing them.

    Area Supervisor

    Area Supervisor (Former Employee)

ProsGreat Hours. Ok Benefits. Mileage Reimbursement was above average. I had a pretty extensive territory to cover so I got to meet a lot of different personalities at the stores I supervised. I had a great boss I reported to, so I was fortunate for that.

ConsPoor Upper level Management. They tell you one thing and make certain promises and don't follow through.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed larger reset teams to complete projects.

YOU WILL LOSE ALL CTO TIME

ProsSelf Manage, meet new people, develop customer service and problem solving skills.

Advice to Senior ManagementCare more about performance and less whether someone works 39.5 hours or 40

    Management Issues... Big Time!

    Rep (Former Employee)

ProsTravel in the usa, independent work environments, decent but untrained coworkers, you learn to do things that you couldn't do before

ConsScape goats of employee by middle management; awful life-style now - have to share crappy hotel rooms with co-worker(s), barely enough ($25 a day) per dehum for food and stuff, never having enough help on bigger jobs then run like headless chickens to "fix" when the clients stuff hits the fan and the manager goes into rage, spoilered brat management that lies to employees and clients alike, charges to clients for the employees benefit that don't get passed on to employees. On and on.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook in the mirror to fix things.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
