    A lot of talk

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsWorking remote so not dealing with day to day office politics.

ConsTalk about the right things to do, but actions don't match. A lot of micro managing by some managers as well as created unnecessary extra work. Talk about work/life balance, but don't really care if you get it as a trainer on the road.

Advice to Senior Managementlook within and see if you really are doing what you say and treating your employees ethically.

Excellent culture with a passion for innovation and growth.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsSmall company feel.
Open door policy all the way up to the CEO, COO, CIO and CFO.
    Open to new ideas.
HR and IT are top notch!!

ConsMost of the company's clients are in the hospitality industry, and since 9/11 have had challenges with retention.
Making the conversion to an e-learning/social media based delivery, but real strength has always been in face to face class room training sessions.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet serious about profitability. Virtualization and remote work force will go a long, long way. Train employees (especially mystery shoppers) to work from home.

    Incompetence at its finest

Training Account Manager (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsNone, This company is a complete joke, the training was minimal, they put the training account managers out on the street with no guidance, and then give you a bad review. I had zero support from the higher ups. I do not recommend

    ProsPay..thats about it
it was not worth my time and effort as a professional

ConsNot a one...they break you down at every chance
Their management practices are very one sided..the current people have been in place way too long..felt very isolated along with many others.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet feedback from your employees and their customers instead of taking your managements word for everything..it might take you further.
