Pros – Nice employees overall.
Friendly environment.

Cons – Confused senior management who are constant battling with each other
Exploit employees with low pay and promise of gaining good experience, but never deliver on any such promises or benefits like stock options.
Low respect for employees, who are generally treated as disposable items.
They layoff competent people only to turn around and hire others in the hope that this will solve all the problems. But the basic problems lie elsewhere in their erratic management and faulty scientific approach

Advice to Senior Management – Your company is only as good as your employees - so try to retain the good ones.
