Pros
Getting salary without doing any work
Cons
First level managers are incompetent. They just say big words and dont have any knowledge.
Employees are forced to leave as their salaries are not based on performance.Advice to Senior Management
Replace first level and middle managers and hire from outside.
Learn what is pay for performance.
