I worked at Silver Hill Hospital full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth if you are an MSW

    Cons

No possibility for growth as a therapist/counselor unless you have your MSW.
Silver Hill does not give annual raises. They give you a bonus which is a percent of your base salary, and ultimately your base salary remains the same. The percent at which your bonus is calculated is based on how well Silver Hill does financially at the end of the year. They will bring outside consultants in to re-assess the base salaries every two years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work to help employees grow both personally and professionally.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Silver Hill Hospital

    Pros

The hospital has a national reputation.

    Cons

The patient population is not particularly diverse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The line between providers and senior management is rigid, leading many with aspirations for growth with little exposure.
