    Pros

Busy pace, Relaxing down time, Constructive pressure, Great pay, Room for advancement, Fun co-workers, Beautiful work environment.

    Cons

It's a Dog-Eat-Dog atmosphere, Survival of the Fittest, but if you can do it then you will be great! There can also be "drama" at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the "little" people. They deserve more appreciation for their hard work.

    Pros

There was no real good pro to working for a company that tries to manipulate their customers.

    Cons

The customers that I was supposed to talk into paying a $40 appointment deposit and then they go to the resort to tour it to receive a vacation of some sort. Well that $40 deposit that is refunded comes out of my paycheck along with any other incentives they give... Also... 95% of the people that I talk to that have bought into the timeshare are Highly dissatisfied due to never being able to get an actual time slot for their vacation they pay monthly for and is very expensive.... I would never recommend this company to anyone to work at or be a customer. Also this company does expect you to work very strange hours due to you are mainly working sporting events that start in the afternoon that run til late at night...

Current Employee - Lead Generator in Houston, TX

    Pros

Best reasons to work for them would be if you enjoy working at different locations and if you are the kind of person who hates sitting around insides or behind a desk. This company has its employees work games events festivals rodeos etc.

    Cons

Many many cons. They deceive you about how you will be getting paid. Management is horrible and unprofessional. Employees are not managed well and have no guidance. Lying and deceiving the general public is also encouraged and preferred, also a top priority if you hope to make money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better. Quit having the people who do the hiring lie about how one will get paid. Your statement of $10 an hour PLUS is a lie since it is really an "either" "or" situation.

Former Employee - Sales Representative in Conroe, TX

    Pros

None really, but this is asking for a 20 word minimum, so just filling in the space. If you have any sense of ethics, this is not for you.

    Cons

This is the worst of timeshare sales and, in my opinion, very misleading to the customer. Once I figured out what was going on, I was out. They sell people a useless, low-end package which makes it very difficult to ever use, then get them back in to “upgrade” to something much more expensive. The customer is then cornered into upgrading or keeping something not worth the money. Also, they control who gets the good and easy business, so you have to play the “favorites” game. Stay away; lots of other options out there to earn good money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change how you mislead customers into buying something which is almost impossible for them to use.

Former Employee - OPC in Galveston, TX

    Pros

Working different places like malls, games, and other events.
Bosses Probably the most caring ever
    Weekly paychecks
    Insurance and flexible schedules
I loved my co workers they really were like a family

    Cons

Stigma about timeshare that they fail to try to change that is a shame because it really is a good product for young or large families on a budget
Not every place you work produces sales or leads
Technical difficulties cause loss in sales

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Break the mold and realize that sometimes regular work standards do not always it is more like being onstage for hours and exhausting. Also while expanding take in seasonal trends for sales
