I have been working at Silverleaf Resorts part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is plenty of opportunity for development and growth. We work at the top of the line events around the city and the suburbs of Chicago and Milwaukee. The opportunity to make a prosperous salary is within your reach on every shift that you work.

    Cons

Some travel is required because of the location of the events. The amount of pay fluctuates, but there is a guaranteed hourly rate.

    Advice to Management

Invest more time in the talent.
