Great entry level job, beware of incompetent management.

    Pros

As any benefit of working in a radio building, lots of free swag. Fellow employees very nice. Great social environment. The healthcare was pretty good compared to other companies which definitely makes a difference choosing a place of employment. I will warn however, that radio is a cuttroat business... and if you're working within Simmons Media in a capacity other than radio/on-air.... be prepared to be dragged into drama that you would otherwise not be involved in.

    Cons

Management is tired and not as competent as in their golden years. As in most corporations, the management is a disconnected group of people who have a hard time interacting with those below them. Overpaid, and not knowledgeable.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to interact with those making less than your $500,000+ a year salary. You know, everyday working Americans.
