    Pros

overall good job for a high school or college student since the management is very flexible with your schedule on request

    Cons

since it is a low skilled job you get minimum wage and you can't really move up from where you start maybe a two dollar raise max

    Advice to Management

be more strict on who they hire because some of the people I worked with were very rude to fellow coworkers and customers

    Pros

A Great place for college students, artists, and others who need to rapidly change scheduling. They have the best food you will find in Riverside.

    Cons

Cramped working quarters, no air conditioning, this place can become sweltering during the summer months. Management expects you to know everything without even basic training.

    Advice to Management

Provide some mandatory training on how items are to be properly prepared. Management expects you to know everything without even basic training.

    Pros

This is a job that will definitely develop and sharpen skills that are necessary to succeed in life. The hard work for the given pay could also be a strong motivator for going to college.

    Cons

The pay for the amount of work required can make you feel under appreciated at times. More times than not, it can be a stressful work environment.

    Advice to Management

It is imperative that there become a more structured training program and advancement program. it is discouraging at times when competent employees are overlooked because they are not a "favorite."
