    Pros

    Good mentality, has really come a long way. I can only see more progression for the future.

    Cons

    Sometimes there were conflicts between staff members, but nothing to blame the entire company on.

    Pros

    Strong motivation to promote from within. In my time I saw numerous internal pomotions.Solid compensation plan for those hitting numbers.

    Cons

    Compensation for reps and managers can be tough to achieve at low volume locations. Monthly quotas for managers are at times, too inflated and difficult to achieve.

    I worked at Simply Wireless full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Watched netflix all day due to the abysmally few customers we had

    Cons

    Had to drive over an hour each way to get to the rinky dink shop they put me in, which was in the middle of no where and got maybe 5 customers a day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Not much to advise with, the company went out of business when the owner closed up shop and kept all of our commissions for the last month of our employment. Should have stayed and demanded to be paid before I left.

    They pay you, that's about it.

    You do not always get your correct pay, and when you call to complain they give you the run around or tell you that you are wrong.

    the people i worked with..ummm the location was pretty awesome, but i really couldn't imagine doing this job with this company at any other location

    Cons

    commissions structure, management, training...upper management was kind of a joke, and they were constantly changing our commissions structure

    Please listen to us little people every once in a while, because we're the ones doing all of the work
