Pros

Cons
Management does not lead by example very well, HR is Deaf and blind! The $10.75 they pay people is a slap in the face. The commission is only 1.15% of term and management tries every month to screw you out of that! Micro-management like no tommorow! If you trully want to do the right thing for the customer. Don't work for them! Case and point, had a toilet leak in a unit and drip into another unit's bedroom below. The manager refused to buy the man another bed. "He should have renter's insurance, it is his problem!"
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of middle management all together!
