I worked at Simpson & Simpson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Made some good friends - and co workers that are nice really try to help each other out. Can gain good experience to move on

    Cons

No training, no benefits. Non stop work and you move from projects to projects without really having a chance to review or wrap up your work

    Advice to Management

Provide more training. Unless experienced staff are nice and willing to help, it can be difficult for someone new to jump right in and do the work without any training.
