Pros
Established leader in the industry with a good reputation. There is a wide scope for movement and advancement within the organisation.
Cons
Salaries and benefits may not be very high compared to other MNC telcos. Working hours can be long and it could be also more bureaucratic compared to other MNCs.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall, the senior management have a clear direction and purpose in leading the company forward. However, there is room for improvement in terms of innovation and pricing strategies.
Pros
Career development, stable job, great working environment, great leadership and strategic direction from senior leadership team and great benefits for employees.
Cons
Politics are everywhere within the company, sometimes employees are stretched due to head count and financial issues, pay is average.
Advice to Senior Management
keep going where you are headed , we are very competitive in the market and will continue to be challenging the status qua.

- Stepping stone to move to another better company in the future.
- Good work life balance compared to smaller company.

- Not much career advancement. The hierarchy is very low.
- Starting salary payout is low -> below market rate.
- Not much benefits for staffs.

work life balance, pretty easy pace, things are easy because it is hardly cutting edge, so small improvements needed only

boring, local, mindless favouritism to people whom may not be competent

cut the red tape. change your mindsets. examine if senior staff are doing good jobs, if not, enforce a 'train or ship out' mentality. lead us to become a cutting edge company or you'll keep seeing a high churn.

To have more team bonding activities within department
To be able to work out issue on pay related problem as the annual survey on pay is still very low

Bonus is good but the basic pay sucks.
Cons
To date most of the employee are contractual (renewable) and there is no sign of being absorb (permanent).

- HR has many good initiatives put in place
-Good personal career planning
- Good personal development courses sponsored by company
- Great company to learn about everything that you have got to learn about the telecommunications industry
- Friendly working environment, relationships are cordial within departments
Cons
- Working environment depends on who your supervisors are
- Annual salary is okay but far from great.
- rigid working structure, you need to know who's who in order to push things going
Advice to Senior Management
- develop staff in the overall understanding of the business to serve the needs of customers better
- educate the staff on which team has what jobscope
- place importance on 360 evaluation so that supervisors are also aware that they will be judge on how they develop their team
- emphasis and reward on community learning and sharing to increase the synergy effect
