go start to buy an apartment unit in the abyss of hell,
if you not a part time employee.

It's a well known MNC.
It has good reputation and network with other telcos.
The people are nice and helpful.
Cons
No centralised workplace.
The pay package and benefits are not very attractive.
Very far away from my home.
Have to sometimes work overtime.

Think of ways to retain people in the backoffice too don't just foucs on the front office people only. Without back office operation, business will still suffer.

Location in somerset. Number 1 telco in Singapore and we got the iPhone first

The senior and junior officers needs to be revamped and if there is a minimum wage SingTel wouldn't meet it.

Please treat your junior officers fairly and recognize their hard work and give promotion to them.

Easy tasks, reporting to work is made easy due to rules and procedures in placed.

No career progressions. Looked down upon and many inter-departmental conflicts.

They need to care more about part-timers.

forward looking telco that understands that staying as a telco is not enough and need to quickly diversify.

The mindset of the bulk of the workforce is quite old and outdated - lot of effort goes in getting work done quickly

a lot of lazy ppl here,
fired those "talking" ppl... and they used to managing matter (i dont mean managing well) instead get it done, make it happen!!!
