“I learned a lot from my boss”
Current Employee – been working at Sino American Bookkeeping
Pros – 1. the boss is nice
2. you can learn a lot from the job. basically you will be doing corporation tax return, individual tax return, and payroll tax.
Cons – 1. the boss is impatient
2. you might get limited exposure on experience because industries are not diversified.
3. training process is not well-developed.
Advice to Senior Management – We should re-organize the structure of the company so that it will be more efficient. my boss is good at tax but might not be as good as management
