    Pros

    Local company culture makes it a great place to work. One of the best offices I have worked in.

    Cons

    High burden of reporting to global HQ that adds little value to the business but ties up valuable resources.

    the team there is good and friendly, easy relationship with supervisor and senior manager. direct communication with senior managers

    Cons

    long working hours, 10-12 per day. hard to get a promotion

    Pros

    This company is now on expanding and it invested or acquired a few companies worldwide (in developed countries). So for those who seeking international exposure with fair english skill, this might be a good choice.

    Cons

    after all, it's a state-owned company, things usually turn out to be very complicated, bureaucracy and super complex people relationship are things to be considered

    reduce the crew, especially those redundant ones

    1-They have a good dining room for breakfast and lunch; 2-The office building is located in good place; 3-This is a SOE of China.

    People working there don't always work hard.

    It's hard to compete with the world calss companies without real awesome teams.
