    Pros

    The whole team will go to have lunch together occasionally and this made me felt very welcoming.

    Cons

    Although the team is small, there are quite a lot of issues in getting along.

    well material benefits,well working circumstance,and there is not too much pressure,also it is so stable that you will never worry about lose your job,
