    Pros

High energy to work with a group of very talented people. Best boss ever.

    Cons

The company really segments their employees and encourages "paper pushers". They don't wholly appreciate free thinkers. Negotiate your best compensation package when you are first hired. Be sure to ask for detailed commission statements. Commission structure is already complex and hard to understand but when you don't have a detailed statement to compare earnings against sales, it turns into a "Trust Me" situation.

    Pros

Very laid back work place. Sirius Hires internally first which is great for current employees! Good amount of training for newcomers.

    Cons

Lack of appreciation from management. Most other companies pay better for the amount of work done. Focuses on keeping sales people happy.

    Pros

They have great people that are very helpful. It made coming to work something I could look forward to on most days.

    Cons

They are not very open to input. That is a shame because they hire smart people and they want to participate.

    Pros

The company has done a good job of becoming more than just an IBM reseller. They broadened their portfolio greatly in the last 5 years.

    Cons

Selling services is very difficult because we are generally priced much higher than our competition. Some of that is due to flying people in to do the services.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Flexibility if you have personal things you need to take care of (i.e. sick child, drs. appointments) they work with you. They reward us with quarterly awards and give us the opportunity to attend local sporting events. Overall I would say I'm blessed to have been given a chance to work for such a good company!

    Cons

Depending on who your manager is determines how you work. Each manager is different and have different expectations. Wish they were all on the same page. Some micromanage while others leave you alone unless there is an issue or if someone is unsatisfied with your work.
