Large company with potential for room to grow. They take care of their staff in terms of changing work hours to suit study arrangements. Sirius is open to new ideas, although you may never see these ideas implemented.

Cons

A fixed culture. Management is too emotionally invested in the company. There is very little change and although ideas are taken on board, you will rarely see them come to fruition. The pay is at the lower end of the spectrum, and this makes it difficult to retain staff.

To be more analytical. To think outside the box and to be not so trepidacious to make bold moves.
