    I have been working at Sitel full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Work from home so it's convenient.

    Cons

    No breaks often, high turnover which also makes it difficult to take lunches as they can't maintain service levels. Uneducated upper management due to favorites who don't care about anything other than their own bonuses. No advancement at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire your upper management and start over. This could be a great company to work for if your management weren't so greedy and antagonistic toward their own employees.
