    Pros

    Nice people, definitely more organized than my last job. Training pay is good, but the pay for production could be higher. Room for bonuses and advancement.

    Pay could be higher for the type of work you do

    Pros

    They provide the computer, phone. They give out raises on the regular, you earn 3.5 hrs pto on every pay period and flexible shifts

    Cons

    Trainers aren't good, need more coaches to pick up kudos calls, work every holiday, busy busy busy, strict adherence policy

    Train your trainers to be better.!!

    Nice people with oppurtunity to work overtime and bonuses. Benefits available for employees.
