    Not many pros here. It is a bad environment.

    Cons

    The pay levels are out of touch. Higher paying positions are named lower level titles so the company can avoid paying market rates. Advancement is based on relationship and deference to the leadership team. Integrity is a HUGE problem towards both the client and the team. Hiring and advancement decisions are discriminatory and based on illegal parameters. The corporate level leadership is absent at the local site which may explain why there are so many problems.

    Nothing will change until the top two leaders are removed. They are toxic, devious, self-motivated, liabilities to the comapny.

    Management is against each other, no one knows what they are doing, ask for help and you do what one manager wants but get written up by another for it.

    stay away unless you want to be treated like scum. They have no appreciation for their employees or customers.

    Cons

    management team will do all they can to make you leave if you bring up something that the company did wrong wrong, even if it was against the law

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure that the people running your sites know what they are doing. This happened in 2008 and is still very upsetting. Not surprising that the site in question closed down a.couple of years ago, they were losing customers and could not keep.employees
