Pros – In a word.....Easy. Senior management makes allowances for just about any reason when time off is needed. Whether you have vacation or not. The pay sucks but when times are good, Bonuses are great!
Cons – Health insurance for your family is worthless. NO ONE can afford it. Expect 25% percentile on base pay for whatever your job title you work under. (based on salary.com numbers)
Pros – Very flexible company willing to help employees with personal issues
Cons – Salary is heavily dependent on the economy with a low base and big incentives related to company productivity.
